Inspired by Jack Parson and Carmella Padilla's book, "Low 'n Slow - Lowriding in New Mexico," this hotel bar and lounge is an ideal spot for food and drinks. Surround yourself with lowrider style, where artistic cultural elements including diamond-tuck upholstered seats, hub caps, creative photos and tables made of chromed chain-link steering wheels decorate the outdoor patio and indoor dining area. Specialty cocktails crafted by our professional mixologists paired with creative dishes create an unforgettable experience. We now have a special delicious menu offerings out of our wood-fired horno oven in the bar.
Tia's Cocina (My Aunt's Kitchen) is a quaint gathering place where family and friends can experience simple dishes with the rich flavors of authentic New Mexican home cooking. Tia's features indigenous Northern New Mexican foods of Hispanic settlements like the Village of Chimayo. This menu originates from recipes enjoyed by New Mexican families for hundreds of years.
Families in Chimayo contributed to this authentic menu with their own family recipes handed down from generations. For other select items, a modern twist on the traditional cuisine is applied.
