Inspired by Jack Parson and Carmella Padilla's book, "Low 'n Slow - Lowriding in New Mexico," this hotel bar and lounge is an ideal spot for food and drinks. Surround yourself with lowrider style, where artistic cultural elements including diamond-tuck upholstered seats, hub caps, creative photos and tables made of chromed chain-link steering wheels decorate the outdoor patio and indoor dining area. Tia's Cocina Authentic New Mexican Food -
Tia's Cocina (My Aunt's Kitchen) is a quaint gathering place where family and friends can experience simple dishes with the rich flavors of authentic New Mexican home cooking. Renowned Chef Estevan Garcia, a Santa Fe native, prepares the indigenous Northern New Mexican foods of Hispanic settlements like the Village of Chimayo that he originally learned from his Abuela (Grandmother). This menu originates from recipes enjoyed by New Mexican families for hundreds of years.Families in Chimayo contributed to this authentic menu with their own family recipes handed down from generations. For other select items, Chef Estevan provides a modern twist on the traditional. Tia's Cocina is honored to serve authentic heirloom Chimayo chile known for it's robust flavor grown in Chimayo, New Mexico and exclusively for Tia's Cocina.

· Lunch: Daily 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
· Dinner: Sunday – Thursday: 5:30 pm – 9:00 pm and Friday – Saturday: 5:30 pm – 10:00 pm

- April Breakfast Special: Huevos Rancheros for $9. (Breakfast only)
- Mother's Day Special: Country Eggs- Two (2) poached eggs served on a gordita with spinach and a pork cream sauce with a side of fruit. $9 We also serve breakfast all day on Saturday and Sunday.
- Memorial Day Special: Chili Dogs with Chimayo Red or Green Chile. $8
