Abraham Juarez - Regional General Manager for Hotel St. Francis and Chimayo de Santa Fe
Abraham Juarez as been a part of Heritage team since early 2014.  Abraham has spent over the last 18 years in the service industry. While fine tuning his bar tending & Mixology skills in Albuquerque he began managing some of the top bars and nightclubs in the city, and soon transitioned into fine dining.  After spending four years as the bar manager at one of the top restaurants in Nob Hill, he made the move to General Manager at another top restaurant in Old Town with a strong emphasis on spirits, mixology and wine. As part of the Heritage team, Juarez has worked through various markets throughout New Mexico, he has been a part of the transition teams for hotel acquisitions, most recently at El Monte Sagrado, in Taos.





Alex Salinas - Manager of Operations for Hotel St. Francis and Hotel Chimayo de Santa Fe
As Manager of Operations, Alex Salinas oversees numerous aspects of the housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and food and beverage teams at both Hotel St. Francis and Hotel Chimayo de Santa Fe. Not only does he work to make each department more efficient, but he also strives to elevate each guest's experience through the guest host program. Salinas has spent the last 10 years in the hospitality and service industries, and joined the Heritage Hotels & Resorts team in 2015. With Heritage he has served as Director of Rooms at Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces where he managed the front office, housekeeping and maintenance departments, has worked at the Taos inn Palacio de Marquesa and helped developed standard operating procedures for all Heritage properties. Salinas is a proud Aggie and graduated from New Mexico State University in 2010 with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant Tourism Management. After graduation, he worked for the Doubletree Hotel Colorado Springs and the luxurious and historic Broadmoor Hotel.
